When is a body said to be electrified or charged?

Answer :

A body is said to be charged or electrified when it gains or loses it's excessive electrons.

Note : The body loses it's electrons from the outer shell.

Types of Electric Charges :

There are two types of Electric Charges :

• Positive Charge

• Negative Charge

Important Properties of Electric Charges:

• The opposite charges attract each other .

• The similar charges repel each other.

(Same like magnetic poles)
