Solution:-

Part 1 of the question :
What is frustum ?
Answer ;-
In geometry , frustum is the portion of a solid, normally a cone or a pyramid, that lies between on or two parallel planes cutting the solid, specially the section between the base and a plane parallel to the base.

Part 2 of the question :

Given : Area of square 1 = 9801 sq m and area of square 2 = 484 sq m
Side of Square 1
Area = side*side
9801 = side²
side = √9801
side of square 1 = 99 m
Now, length of diagonal of square 1
Diagonal of square = √S² + S²
= √99² + 99²
= √9801 + 9801
=√19602
Length of Diagonal of square 1 = 140.007 m

Side of Square 2
484 = side*side
side = √484
side of square 2 = 22 m
Now, length of diagonal of square 2
= √S² + S²
=√22² + 22²
= √484 + 484
= √968
Length of the diagonal of square 2 = 31.1127 m
