Primary Endospermic Nucleus is the nucleus present in the middle of the embryo sac. During the Nuclear division inside the ovule, the nucleus divides into 8 different nuclei.

The upper three develops into antipodal cells, the lower two develops into synergids, the lower one into the germ cell, and the middle two forms the polar nucleus. The 2 middle nuclei fuse to form a single polar nucleus. It then fuses with one of the male gametes to form the 3n primary Endospermic Nucleus.
