FUNDAMENTAL QUANTITY = The physical quantity which are completely independent of each other are called fundamental quantity.
example- length,mass etc.

FUNDAMENTAL UNIT = There unit which are totally independent and can not be derived from other units are called fundamental unit.
EXAMPLE = MASS,TEMPERATURE ETC.
