FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS :-The state includes the government and parliament of India and the government and the legislature of each of the states and all local or other authorities within the territory of India or under the control of the government of India.

It is the guaranteed rights given to the citizens of the country. There are 6 of them but I only know 4 of them Right against exploitation Right to freedom Right to equality Right to constitutional remedies
