The fundamental Rights : ↴
Currently there are seven Fundamental Rights in our constitution.
Right to Equality : This means that all persons shall be equaly protected by the laws of the country and No citizen can be discriminated on the basic of religion, caste or sex.
Right to Health : This ensures the right to freedom of speech and expression, the right to move freely and reside in any part of the country, the right to form an association or union etc.
Right to Exploitation : If prohibits trafficking, forced labour and children working under 14 years of age.
Right to freedom of life : Every person has the right to practise, profess and propagate the religion of the choice.
Cultural and Educational Rights : All minorities, religious or linguistic, can set up their own educational institutions in order to preserve their culture.
Right to Constitutional Remedies : Any citizen can move the court if they believe their Fundamental Rights have been violated by the state or an organisation.
Right to Education : All children between the age 6 to 14 years have the right to free and compulsory education.
