what is galvanometer .

Explanation :-

Galvanometer is a device which measure the electric current flow in any circuit.

it contains coils inside which move by producing of magnetic field inside Galvanometer.

It don't show accurate value of current because it has also a self resistance so that's why total resistance of circuit be changed by that .hence this don't show accurate value of current like ammeter .

It is always connected in parallel combination in circuit.
