Answer:

Geometrical Shapes- Examples- Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Rhomboid etc

Step-by-step explanation:

In mathematics, Geometrical Shapes can be defined as figures representing different shapes of an object.

To draw any geometrical shape, we should start with a straight line and know about the characteristics of different geometrical shapes.

For example:

  • Square: Square is a quadrilateral with 4 equal sides and angle of all the sides are 90 degrees. Let say a,b,c,d are four sides of a square,  so In a square: a=b=c=d and ∠a=∠b=∠c=∠d= 90°
  • Rectangle: A rectangle is also made up of 4 sides, but opposite sides of a rectangle are equal. All the vertices of a rectangle are 90 degrees.
  • Triangle: A triangle is made up of 3 sides.

There can be many geometrical shapes around us.

Such as

  1. Circle
  2. Oval
  3. Rhombus
  4. Hexagon
  5. Parallelogram etc
