To Gandhi one has no right to consume anything without sharing the labour required to produce it. In his concept of bread labour Gandhiji was influenced by Tolstoy, Ruskin, The Bible and The Gita. The idea that man should earn his bread by the. sweat of his labour inspired several Christian.
