gas is a state of matter. as we all know that there are three States of matter they are solid liquid and third one that is gas. in gas the distance between the molecules are very far and also the attraction force between the molecules of the gases is very weak. the particles of gases can move freely that don't have fixed volume as well as fixed sape. they can feel the whole container.
