Hi my dear friend,

Gastric sphincter is present at the junction of the small intestines and the stomach. It acts as a valve and controls the amount of food that is being transferred. The anal sphincter is responsible for the removal of the food. Anal sphincter is of two types, internal sphincter and external sphincter.

~Thank you
