Genetic drift is the change is frequency of an organism due random natural sampling.
- Basically as seen in ncert. in a species of red blue beetles the frequency of blue beetles increased as the red beetles were killed by the elephants foot, thus this can used as an example of genetic drift , moreover even in examination this example is applicable
Now,
- reproductive isolation is the process by which the organisms of the same species are prevented from producing offspring and even if produced then the progeny is sterile
- Natural selection is the process by which organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive more than those adapted to their own environment , for eg:- the red beetles are eaten by the birds more than the green beetles .
note:- The above description is applicable for examination
