Genetics is a study of transfer of hereditary characteristics from one generation to other generation.

Genetics is a field of study in which the studies relates to genes, hereditary characteristics and variation is done. This study includes all about the heredity and transfer of genes. The transfer of genes from parents to offspring is done in Genetics. This field of study is very important and well popular so it can be chosen as our field.

Lots of research are carried out everyday in the field on Genetics. The field of genetics is very complex and it needs long time to get results. Modern genetics is forced on chemical substances from which the genes are made up  of that is, De-oxyribonucleic acid (DNA). The genes are located inside the nucleus of cell in DNA. The DNA is located in Chromosomes in the thread like structure.

DNA contains Phosphate molecule, Phosphate sugar and Nitrogen bases. There are 4 nitrogen bases in DNA and they are: Adenine, Guanine, Thymine and Cytosine. The structure of DNA is ladder like and it is made up of molecules called as Nucleotide. Each nucleotide contains phosphate sugar and nitrogen bases. As there are 4 nitrogen bases, in each of the nucleotide, only one nitrogen base is present. Depending upon this, there are 4 types of nucleotide on the basis of nitrogen base present in them. Due to which, In each organism unique gene is formed.

The genes are very unique in organisms. Each organism have special and unique genes. That's the reason, The genetic test are perform to test various things nowadays. DNA and RNA are the very important chemical substances which carries out the genetics information. Hence, DNA and RNA are also called as Central Dogma of Life.

DNA is composed of Long molecule which are coiled around each other in spiral like shape. DNA carries the genetics instructions and information, functioning, Growth and development, reproduction of all known organisms and some viruses.DNA fingerprinting is a forensic method to find the individual by the sample of their DNA. As we know that, DNA contains the information about growth, characteristics and proteins. A DNA is very useful for finding criminals and different kinds of people. DNA is also very useful in forensic.

DNA replication is a complex biological process which is used for producing two same like or identical replicas of DNA from original DNA. The main purpose of DNA replication is to produce two identical DNA copies. DNA replication is a very complex biological process. When any person's hormones become unusable, then the DNA replication is very useful process for it.
