Geographical isolation means separation of species by physical barriers . Geographical isolation just requires single parent. The offspring is just an exact copy of the parent.

Geographical isolation is the isolation of population by physical barriers such as stretches of water or mountain ranges.

Examples of  Geographical Isolation: Organisms of the same species separated from exchanging genetic material typically as a result of an accident or coincidence.  There are many factors and results. Geographical isolation caused by barriers: A mountain range prevents two types of goat from mating, causing the gene pool to become less varied. Geographical isolation caused by distance: A group of genetically differentiated chimpanzees is unable to mate with any other chimpanzees outside of their group due to physical isolation, leading to the development of certain diseases that genetic material from the other chimpanzees would have prevented. Geographical isolation caused by en event: When a piece of land breaks off from a continent, the animals on the piece of land are only able to reproduce with their own populations. This results in the animals becoming entirely separate species over time.
