geothermal energy is obtained by putting the cold water inside the earth so that it gets heated up by the heat below the surface then the steam coming from this water rotates the turbine and further process is just the same as that of thermal plant

fossil fuels are the fuels which have been formed from the fossils which are buried deep inside the earth for example petrol, diesel, coal etc.

source of energy is the source from where energy can be obtained for example Sun

bio energy is the energy which is obtained from biogas
