Global warming refers to the increase in the average temperature of the Earth due to the emission or presence of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Greenhouse gases are those gases which do not reflect heat and have the tendency to absorb heat in the atmosphere and as a result increasing the average temperature of earth. Many climate changes that occur today are due to the global warming. For example : - Melting of ice glaciers, Sudden temperature changes etc.
Some of the greenhouse gases are. carbon dioxide , water vapour, methane, nitrous oxide , etc.
The global warming is endangering the life's of humans on the Earth. Planting of trees i.e. afforestation helps us to reduce global warming.
