Globalization:

Globalization is the distribution across national borders and cultures of goods, technologies, data, and employment.

Globalization is the mechanism through which individuals, ideas and products spread around the globe, fostering more communication and integration between cultures, governments and economies of the world. The concept of free trade, a free flow of capital and the corporate use of foreign labour markets are the most frequently used in the creation of an integrated global economy to maximize return.

Nevertheless, many people have more generally embraced the word globalization, and refers it to the trans-boundary movement of people, information and technology; others have also used it to free up social, ecological, and political debate.
