what is glomerulus? what role does it play duing urine formation

bunch of fine blood capillaries called glomerulus.blood flows inside the glomerulus under the influence of pressure due to narrowness of efferent arteriol.as a result urine under goes pessure filtration or ultra filtration. waste molecules, nutrientmolecules and water are filtered out .
