It's Rhnull blood

Golden blood is the term used for the rare blood group in existence . Normally , we considered the O-negative blood  group the rarest  So you may it golden blood because it's also known as universal donor.

But according to doctors there are more blood group types than we know , we classify on basis of ABO or Rh factor( which gives us the negative and positive factor on basis of antigen) . And there is a blood group which is known as "Rhnull blood' and is rarest blood type found ever, it is precious because it don't contain any antigen in Rh system so can be donated to anyone  But people having it are so rare that only 43 person are reported who are having this.
