Answer:

Good govt. doesn’t govern, it protects rights, individual sovereignty, allowing for self-governance. This was poorly stated in the “Declaration of Independence” with the short phrase, “all men are created equal”, i.e., we all have equal political rights; we’re all sovereign.

The realization of a sovereign citizen is not achieved by the initiation of force, threats, and fraud, the present political paradigm worldwide. That’s bad government, the opposite of right’s protection, a flawed means to the realization of the political goal that justified the American Revolution.

difference between good governance and bad governance.

good governance

when we talk about governance we are almost talking about the good side. when everything goes smoothly and everyone works towards the collective good of the company without turning to corruption or deceit ,that is good governance.

bad governance

bad governance sometimes happen when the ol'cardinance sins like greed,or sloth rear their ugly heads-but it's not always so extreme as that, and reality is always much more complicated than speculation.
