Suppose that you have travelled in time and went to past and in the past you have killed your grandfather.

Then the question arises that if you have killed your grandfather then how you born and if you haven't born, how you killed him.

Don't get confused, Here is hindi explanation :-

Man lo ki tum kisi tarah se past mein chale gaye aur vaha Ja kar apne dadaji ko maar diye toh ab yah ek saval aata hai ki agar tumne apne dadaji ko maar diye toh tum kaha se aaye ( dadaji --> papa -->beta) aur agar tum paida hi nhi huye toh unke maara kisne.

This is Grandfather Paradox.

Now,

By seeing this you may think that time travel is not possible but here another theory come, that is Parallel Universe theory.

According to this theory, at a situation the number of possible things that you think, creates a new universe.

Example :-

Suppose you are thinking about your career, what to become.

The options are Musician, Sportsperson, Engineer and doctors.

So there would be four universes created.

Suppose you have opted to become a musician.

In the first universe you are Musician.

But after becoming musician you thought to go to past and change your decision to become a musician and opt sportsperson instead.

Then you would be transferred in the second universe, where you are sportsperson.

The same will be followed for the other two universes.

Grandfathers paradox is :-

There is a child ,his father and the child’s grandfather

The child got the ability to time travel

He time travels and kills his grandfather before he met his grandmother

So this is the conclusion of the paradox ,  SINCE HIS GRANDFATHER WASN’T THERE HIS FATHER WOULDN’T BE THERE WITHOUT HIS FATHER BEING THERE HE WOULDN’T BE THERE WITHOUT HE BEING THERE HE CAN NOT KILL HIS GRANDFATHER SO HIS GRAND FATHER IS ALIVE ………  SO HE IS ALIVE AND SO HE KILLS HIS GRANDFATHER ……………………………

this is a loop and this is the grandfathers paradox
