Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

___________________________

Greenhouse effect is a phenomena which is caused to due to greenhouse gases. Eg - CO2, CH4. These gases  trap the heat from the sunlight and don't let it escape from the earth's atmosphere which heats up the earth. The temperature of Earth's surface has increased in the past few decaded. It leads to global warming which can causes things like melting of polar ice caps, change in life pattern of certain animals, etc.

So, preventive methods should be adopted to prevent green house effect
