hydrogen molecules has 1 electron in their outermost orbit

it get stable after donating this one electron to another element and gain positive charge

hence due to donating self electron to other, this positively charge hydrogen atom converts into H+ ion

H+ IONS are also called proton are hormed by removal of one electron from hydrogen atom,ie, by ionisation of hydrogen atom
