hand sanitazer is basicaly liquid which has alcohol and ethanol and used to clean our hands from viruses and bacteria. when we apply it on our hands we have to gently rub it all over our palms till it gets evaporated due to evaporation as alcohol is present in it. after applying sanitizer never put your hands near fire as alcohol and ethanol are inflamable substances
