You can use PowerPoint to print your slides (one slide per page), print slides with presenter notes, or print an outline. You can also print handouts of your presentation with one, two, three, four, six, or nine slides on a page.

A handout page typically shows images of one or more slides with blank lines next to each image, such as the example below. The purpose of the handout is to allow people listening to the presentation to have a copy of the slides on which to take notes on a slide-by-slide basis.
