Glucose from the glomerular filtrate is reabsorped into the blood capillaries as kf it is not reabsorped it becomes a component of urine which condition is known as Glycosuria and it is a sign of Diabetes mellitus...

the glucose with the enters along with filtrate gets absorbed by the glumerules near PCT in nephron is reabsorbed and enters the blood again
