Heart is an important and integral organ of human body.

The heart’s work is to transport blood to various parts of the body and bring back the deoxygenated blood from various body parts.

Heart beats, that is the heart showing rhythemic contractions and relaxations.

When the oxygenated blood comes from the lungs to the heart , the heart pushes the blood to the main aorta which is transported to the entire body and when the heart squeezes the heart reduces in size.
When it again relaxes it creates a suction pull. Thus pull help the blood to come back to the heart by the superior vena cava and inferior vena cava.

This situation continues for ever till the human is alive.

The set of 1 contraction and 1 relaxation is called as an Heart Beat.

The normal human heart beart is recorded as 72 Bpm that is 72 beats per minute.
