Hey friend, here is your answer.

Heat energy is the result of the movement of tiny particles called atoms, molecules or ions in solids, liquids and gases. Heat energy can be transferred from one object to another. The transfer or flow due to the difference in temperature between the two objects is called heat.
Sources of heat energy:
(1) The biggest example of heat energy in our solar system is the sun itself. The sun radiates heat to warm us up on the planet earth. When the burner of a stovetop is very hot, it is a source of heat energy.

(2) The sun is by far the most important heat energy source. This energy can be stored sunshine from millions of years ago in the form of fossil fuels, or of current supply such as biomass and solar thermal. Today, the heat energy used is more than 80% fossil (coal, gasand oil).

Hoping that it will help you.

Heat is the form of energy that is transferred between systems or objects with different temperatures (flowing from the high-temperature system to the low-temperature system). Also referred to as heat energy or thermal energy. Heat is typically measured in Btu, calories or joules

Its main source on our planet is Sun
