• They have dorsòventrally flattened body so are also called flat wòrms.

• They are eñdoparasites.

• Few are free-living Eg: Planària

• They are Triploblastic

• Acelomate

• Bilaterally Symmetrical Body

• Organ system level of organisation

• Locòmotory organs are absent.

• They have àdhesive organs like suçkers hooks etc

Ex: Planaria, Liver flùke etc
