hemoglobin is a protein and it found in red blood cells. it provides blood its red color, and it helps to carry oxygen throughout your body.

... It is caused by blood loss, such as from heavy menstrual bleeding,

an ulcer, cancer and regular use of some over-the-counter pain relievers, especially aspirin.

..Vitamin deficiency anemia.

Haemoglobin is an iron-containing respiratory protein found in the red blood cells(or erythrocytes) of all vertebrates as well as some invertebrates. It carries oxygen to the different parts of our body.

Consequences of deficiency of haemoglobin:

1) Our body won't get sufficient oxygen

2) Dizziness

3) Loss of stamina

4) Weakness and fatigue

5) Breathlessness

6) Pale skin, feet and nails

7) Anaemia
