hlo friend ^_^
A heterogeneous mixture is made of different substances that remain physically separate. Heterogeneous mixtures always have more than one phase (regions with uniform composition and properties). A mixture of sand and sugar is a heterogeneous mixture.
I explain to my students (admittedly at a basic level, since I teach 13-year-olds) that heterogeneous can be considered “not-well-mixed” and can be easily separated, while homogeneous can be considered “well-mixed”. The salad below could be considered heterogeneous:
I HOPE IT'S HELP U SO MARK ME AS THE BRAINLIEST FRIEND.

Examples include ice cubes in a drink, sand and water, and salt and oil. The liquid that is immiscible formheterogeneous mixtures. A good example is a mixture of oil and water.
