  I recently spent one of my afternoons out with my friends. After a morning of revision, we set out to play some pool(billiards) at yishun safra. It was truly a great way to relieve the stress from doing our extensive homework assignments assigned to us by various subject teachers.we played many rounds of 8-ball pool, and perhaps a couple of rounds of 9-ball pool. To my great surprise and satisfaction, I discovered that I was fairly good at the game, beating my friends game after game, one friends, I must point out, also happened to be in the snooker CCA. I have grown to enjoy the game of pool, but unfortunately cannot play too often due to many reasons:

   Firstly, the area where I go to play charges heftily for the booking of a pool table. and I cannot afford to play often. Secondly, my parents do not approve of me frequenting the pool area as they say that that is the place where many gang members go to relax.

   But of course, I enjoyed the game I played with my friends. the pool arena is indeed very relaxing. cushioned chairs, a café and air conditioning mad the time we spent there very enjoyable. I think that that was a very good way to spend my afternoon as the mornings I have reserved for homework and revision. I cant wait to see what else I am going to do this holiday, as well as going back to play pool with my friends again.
