what is horizontal and vertical power sharing​

When power is shared among different organisation of government i.e, legislature, executive and judiciary then it is called horizontal power sharing. All the organisation have equal powers.

when power is shared different levels of government I.e, central government, state government and local government it is caller vertical power sharing. The powers differs with differ levels.
