Hy,
A hormone is a chemical substance secreted by endocrine glands to help and regulate various functions in body.
Example-
Pituitary gland secretes growth hormone- regulates growth.
Pancreas secretes insulin and glucagon-regulates blood sugar level
Testis in males secretes testosterone which is a male sexual hormone.
Ovaries in females secrete estrogen and progesterone which are female sexual hormones.

Harmone is a chemical substance produced by glands in a multicellular organism.Harmones are produced by the endrocrine glands which are also known as the ductless glands.Functions of the harmoners are
-they are useful for the intercellular communication
-control and coordinate our body along with nervous system
-control our body and also affect reproduction,growth Etc
-harmones are effective in small concentrations
-imbalance of harmones will lead to disorders
-each harmone acts on particular organ n that's known as Harmone specificity
only thyroxine harmone is stored in our body
