The process of evolution of humans from apes is known as Human evolution. The human evolution hasn't been a fast process, but a very slow one indeed. Humans have evolved from an ape called Australopithecus. Humans have origined from the African continent,30 million years back. From there, the humans went all over the globe searching for suitable places for survival. Their morphological characteristics, gene pool etc varied with their regions and they evolved accordingly. For example, consider Homo Neanderthalelsis, they developed thick fur to withstand the chill of European continent. They created and manufactured tools required to survive, hunted and took care of the injured and old ones. They got extinct during the ice age,but mere parts of their DNA were found in the place they inhabited. Maybe they got replaced by us or they are still lurking around between us. Human evolution is the cause of may questions in the modern age,How did humans first come? How did the other species of human go extinct? Though there are some theories on these matters, none have been proved. We may also get replaced by super humans or get extinct. The future beholds.
