Human resource are we , who help in development of our country by our three qualities-
1.education - education is important to be considered ᴀs ᴀ resource.
2. skill- you must possess a skill in which you're good and be ᴀ good asset
3.health- health is important as unhealthy people act as burden.
And we can be used as resource by doing something useful for our nation and proving ourselves as an asset. ;)
