Hey!

A resource is anything that is used to satisfy human needs.

Resources can be classified into NATURAL, HUMAN-MADE and HUMAN resources.

According to your question,

WHAT IS HUMAN RESOURCE?

Human resource consists of people or refers to the people living in the world.
Example: population.

Human resource is vital because all resources in nature gain importance of when people find some use for them. And PEOPLE belong to HUMAN RESOURCE. Only when people learn to utilise a product, it us known as a RESOURCE.

Example: Coal was just a simple, ordinary Rick till humans discovered it's use as a fuel. From then it has been a useful resource.

Therefore, people contribute immensely to the growth and development of a nation.

HENCE HUMAN RESOURCE IS ESSENTIAL

Hope this helps..!!
