In CO2, carbon atom is bonded with two oxygen atoms having double bond in between them.

i.e, $\color{Green}{O=C=O}$

Note:- On each oxygen atoms there will be 4 -unshared electrons.

Hence, it has $\underline{SP\:Hybridization.}$
