hydrogen is an atom whose position is not fixed in periodic table... many scientists try to place it in periodic table but all failed then hennrey mosley gave modern periodic table in which hydrogen is placed separately

hydrogen's atomic no. is 1 and mass is approximately 1

it form many compounds like H2O (water) , H2SO4, HNO3
