Hydrological cycle is the same as water cycle. The only diffrence is that water cycle is for lower level whereas hydrological cycle is for higher level. When water is evaporated it goes up and with fall in temprature it condensed to become cloud. cloud is nothing but the combination of small drops of water when these water drops combins these become heavy and come again on earth in form of water or ice
