Then, make a cylindrical-shaped roll from a filter paper and keep it as a bridge between beakers A and B (as shown in a figure). Attach few germinating seeds in middle of filter-paper-bridge. Now, cover entire set-up with a transparent plastic container so that moisture is retained there.

It is observed that “roots of germinating seeds will grow towards beaker A.”

This experiment demonstrates hydrotropism.
