Hyposecretion refers to diminished secretion of hormones, as by a gland whereas hypersecretion is an excessive secretion of a substance made by the body.

⚫hyposecretion and hypersecretion are oftenly used terms in biology.

➡HYPOSECRETION - when a substance( may be a hormone or chemical etc) is secreted in less or small quantity or limited amount( which is insufficient) , it is called hyposecretion.

➡HYPERSECRETION- Similarly, when a substance or usually hormone is secreted in more or high amount( more than required amount) , it is known as hypersecretion.
