What is hypertonic ,hypotonic and isotonic

hypertonic - solution in which concentration of water is less than that of cell .cell shrinks in it hypotonic - in which concentration of water is more than that of cell is called hypotonic solution .cell swell in it isotonic- having same concentration as the cell .nothing happens to cell

hyper-tonic : having higher osmotic pressure than a particular fluid
hypo-tonic : having lower osmotic pressure than a particular fluid
isotonic : having equal pressure / taking place with normal contraction
