Hey, I band and A band are found in myofibril of muscle.

A-band (anisotropic bands/dark bands).

-at the center of A-band, a comparatively less dark zone called H-zone is present.

-In the center of the H-Zone is the M-line.

I-Band(isotropic band/light band)

-at the center of I-band a dark membrane called Z-line is present.

-the part of myofibril between successive Z-lines is called Myofibril.

****As an aid to memory note that A and I correspond to the second letters in the words dark and light.
