Prime numbers : the no. which have only two factors , 1 and the no. itself is called prime no
. Composite numbers : the no. which have more than two factors is called composite no. Co -prime no. the two natural numbers which have same hcf is called co - prime no. hope it helps

kashish9952: when two no. having only common factor 1 then it is co-prime no.
kashish9952: jaise 12 or 25 ki baat kro toh
kashish9952: 12, kiske kiske table me aata h?? 1,2,3,6,12 bss
kashish9952: or ab 25 ye kiske kiske table me aata hh?? 1,5,25 bss
kashish9952: ab indo no. ke common factors ko dekho toh 1 dono me common hh or koi ni hh
kashish9952: toh indono no. ka common factor kon hua...?? 1 toh ye dono yani ki 12 or 25 co- prime no. hh

1) a number that can be divided exactly only by itself and 1, for example 7, 17 and 41 is called prime number

2) Two numbers are coprime if their highest common factor (or greatest common divisor if you must) is 11.

2) You can have the set of positive integers which are coprime to a given number: for example those coprime to 1212 are 1,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,25,1,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,25, and so on

3) A composite number is a positive integer that can be formed by multiplying two smaller positive integers. Equivalently, it is a positive integer that has at least one divisor other than 1 and itself
