I3s (Idle Start-Stop System) is thetechnology developed by Hero Motocorp which puts the engine in hibernate or sleep mode when it isn't required. While the i3s switch is on, the system puts the engine in sleep mode when you stop the bike and then switches the engine on when you press the clutch.

It saves fuel in conditions of traffic jam.
