Vaccination or IMMUNISATION may be defined as protection of the body from communicable diseases by the administration of some agents that mimic the microbe. The agent can be a suspension of killed or attenuated microbes, or a substance that mimics the disease-causing microbes.

Five examples are as follows '-'

1)Hepatitis B at the time of birth.
2)Polio at the time of birth.
3)Tuberculosis ..After 5 to 6 weeks of birth.
4)Measels after 24 weeks of birth.
5)Diphtheria after 2 to 3 weeks of birth.
