Tropical rainforests are found in tropical regions such as Amazon basin, Zaire basin etc. They are also called evergreen forests becuz all the trees in this forest don't shed their leaves at the same time and hence look evergreen. The trees are very tall in height ( nearly 60m) and have broad leaves which allow transpiration of surplus moisture. The climatic conditions required by the forests is well distributed and heavy rainfall throughout the year (200 cm) and high temperature ( 15°-30°c). These forests are very dense in vegetation. The typical trees found here are rosewood, mahogany etc. The animals found in Indian tropical forests are monkeys, lemurs, elephants, deers etc.
