Impulse is the product of Force and Time. It's S.I. unit is kg-m/s.
Dimensional Formula :
Impulse=force*time
Force=mass*acceleration
MASS=[M]
ACCELERATION=[LT^-2]
SO FORCE=[MLT^-2]
TIME=[T]
So impulse comes out to be =[MLT^-2]×[T]
=[MLT^-1]
Hope this will help you...... ✌
