The artie 370 was based on that the half kashmir being part of india also, were not considered in india.... Means the governor of kashmir was equal to the prime minister of that different area... There were different rules for the administration in kashmir. On independence day also, there was a different flag hosted in kashmir instead of tricolour. But now, 370 has removed from india.... Now all rules apply to kashmir like rest of india....
